These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GrowSpace platform ("Service") operated by GrowSpace ("we," "our," or "us"). GrowSpace is a multi-platform social media scheduler and automation tool that integrates with Instagram, Reddit, Pinterest, Twitter/X, and YouTube. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must have valid accounts on the platforms you choose to connect (Instagram, Reddit, Pinterest, Twitter/X, YouTube)

2. Social Media Platform Connections

By connecting any social media account to GrowSpace, you authorize us to perform actions on your behalf as described below:

2.1 Instagram

• Access your Instagram profile information
• Send Direct Messages on your behalf based on your automation rules
• Publish content you schedule through our platform
• Monitor comments on your posts for keyword-based automation triggers
• Access insights and analytics for your account

2.2 Reddit

• Access your Reddit account identity (username, profile)
• Submit text posts, link posts, and image posts to subreddits on your behalf
• Read subreddit information and post status
• We do NOT scrape Reddit data, vote, or moderate content automatically

Reddit usage complies with Reddit's User Agreement and Reddit's Responsible Builder Policy.

2.3 Pinterest

• Access your Pinterest profile information and boards
• Create and publish Pins to your boards on your behalf
• Access analytics related to your published Pins

2.4 Twitter / X

• Access your Twitter/X profile information
• Post tweets and threads on your behalf
• Access post engagement metrics

2.5 YouTube

• Access your YouTube channel information
• Upload and schedule videos on your behalf
• Access channel analytics and video performance data

You can revoke access for any connected platform at any time through the platform's own settings page or via GrowSpace Settings → Connected Accounts.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content on any platform
• Violate the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines of any connected platform (Instagram, Reddit, Pinterest, Twitter/X, YouTube)
• Harvest or collect user data for unauthorized purposes
• Impersonate other individuals or entities
• Post content that is hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or illegal
• Attempt to circumvent any platform's API rate limits or usage restrictions
• Use automation to manipulate votes, engagement, or follower counts artificially

4. API Rate Limits & Platform Compliance

We comply with all platform API rate limits and usage policies:

• Instagram: Maximum 200 automated messages per account per hour; excess queued for later delivery
• Reddit: Complies with Reddit's API free tier (100 requests/min); posts on behalf of authenticated users only
• Pinterest: Complies with Pinterest API rate limits and content policies
• Twitter/X: Complies with Twitter API rate limits and posting rules
• YouTube: Complies with YouTube Data API quota limits

5. Content Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the content of automated messages and scheduled posts
• We do not review, approve, or endorse any content sent through the Service
• You must ensure your content complies with all applicable laws and Instagram policies

6. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Instagram API changes may affect Service functionality

7. Subscription & Billing

• Some features require a paid subscription
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

8. Limitation of Liability

GrowSpace is not liable for:

• Actions taken by Instagram/Meta on your account (restrictions, bans)
• Loss of followers, engagement, or revenue
• Third-party API downtime or changes
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

9. Termination

We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law. You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
